Anti-Corruption Commission (ACC) Chairman Mohammad Abdul Momen has said that if anyone attempts to exert pressure to obstruct investigation or inquiry into corruption, their names will be made public. He made the remark today at a views-exchange meeting held at the ACC conference room in Dhaka's Segunbagicha, marking ACC's founding anniversary.
In response to a question on whether undue pressure was being exerted on ACC, the chairman said, "If anyone tries to apply undue pressure on the ACC in the future, we will reveal their names."
ACC commissioners Miah Muhammad Ali Akbar Azizi, Brigadier General (retd) Hafiz Ahsan Farid, and secretary Mohammad Khaled Rahim were present at the meeting.
