United Commercial Bank PLC (UCB) has inaugurated its 232nd branch in Hajiganj, Chandpur, as part of its commitment to providing modern and customer-focused banking services.
The new branch was officially inaugurated on Monday (3 November 2025) by UCB Managing Director and CEO, Mohammad Mamdudur Rashid, in the presence of distinguished guests.
The event was attended by Md Ridwanul Hoque, Head of Distribution and Strategy; Mohammad Shafiqur Rahman, Head of Retail Business Division; and Zeeshan Kingshuk Huq, Chief Communication Officer. Local business leaders, dignitaries and officials from UCB's Hajiganj branch and head office were also present.
