National Citizen Party Member Secretary Akhter Hossen has said the final draft, content and scope of the July Charter implementation order must be presented to the nation and that the document must be declared the amended 2026 constitution by the next parliament by exercising its constituent power.
The NCP leader made the statement while talking to reporters after a meeting with the National Consensus Commission today (25 October).
