Citizens Bank PLC has organised a training programme on "Leadership and Team Building for Work Excellence in Banking" at its Training Academy recently.
Alamgir Hossain, Managing Director, inaugurated the programme as Chief Guest and spoke on key aspects of leadership and collaborative performance. Deputy Managing Directors Md Mostafizur Rahman and Md Abdul Latif, and Dr Shamsun Nahar, Associate Professor, Bangladesh Institute of Bank Management, also addressed the participants.
Senior executives and heads of divisions and branches of the bank took part in the programme.
