The International Court of Justice (ICJ) has ruled in favor of Gaza again. In its latest hearing, the court clearly stated that Israel has a legal obligation to facilitate the delivery of humanitarian aid to Gaza through the United Nations and its related agencies. The ICJ also noted that Israel has a responsibility to ensure that the basic needs of the Palestinian people in Gaza are met and that the humanitarian situation improves.
