‘American Horror Story’ season 13: Ariana Grande reunites with Ryan Murphy after a decade

Season 13 of FX's hit anthology series "American Horror Story" is shaping up to be a big one. Pop star and actress Ariana Grande has officially joined the cast, marking her reunion with creators Ryan Murphy and Brad Falchuk. Grande previously worked with them on the horror-comedy series "Scream Queens", which aired nearly ten years ago.

The new season will also bring back several beloved AHS regulars, including Jessica Lange, Sarah Paulson, Evan Peters, Angela Bassett, Kathy Bates, Emma Roberts, Billie Lourd, Gabourey Sidibe, and Leslie Grossman. The announcement was made on the Ryan Murphy Productions Instagram page, through a short video showing the cast members' names in the show's signature font.

Jessica Lange's return is especially exciting for fans since she hasn't appeared in "American Horror Story" since Season 8 (Apocalypse) in 2018. Bassett, Bates, and Sidibe are also returning after long absences, while Peters and Paulson were last seen in Season 10 (Double Feature) in 2021.

Season 12, titled Delicate, aired from September 2023 to April 2024, featuring stars like Roberts, Lourd, Grossman, Kim Kardashian, Matt Czuchry, Michaela Jaé Rodriguez, and Cara Delevingne. "American Horror Story" is produced by 20th Television and continues to be one of FX's most popular shows.
